On August 6, 75 years ago, the first atomic bomb with the insane name “Little Boy” fell on the Japanese city of Hiroshima. 140,000 people died, directly or indirectly, from injuries and radiation damage. German magazine Jalta – Positionen zur jüdischen Gegenwart brings together new positions on the Jewish present, which result from the diversity of the Jewish community in Germany today. Jalta will launch their project Jewish Perspectives on 8 & 9 May in cooperation with histoCON.
